GTC
1. Purpose
These terms govern the architecture, engineering and EPC certification services provided by Sahm & Partners srl.
2. Fees and Payment
Unless specifically agreed, invoices are payable within 15 days of issue. The amounts shown on the simulator are excl. VAT and purely indicative.
3. Liability
The firm is covered by professional and decennial civil liability insurance. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees received for the relevant mission.
4. Disputes
In case of dispute, only Belgian law is applicable and the courts of Brussels have sole jurisdiction.
